Redge was selected to provide a fully rental-based HVAC solution tailored to the seasonal production
cycles of the facility. The site required targeted climate control across multiple critical phases:
wine barrel aging, grape fermentation, and olive oil pressing.
Redge Solution
To address the diverse thermal demands across distinct processing areas, Redge delivered and installed
a combination of high-performance units under a flexible rental agreement:

1 × GAC300DP2M chiller:
Deployed to assist with grape cooling during harvest season. By precisely managing the storage
temperature of freshly harvested grapes, the system helps maintain fermentation parameters and ensures
consistency in wine quality.

1 × GAH130DP2M chiller:
Installed to support the olive oil pressing process. It helps regulate acidity levels by providing
stable low temperatures during extraction, contributing to the preservation of aroma and quality.

1 × EVIO rooftop unit (Ev270AH105DPF1):
Dedicated to maintaining optimal temperatures in the wine aging room, where wooden barrels require
carefully regulated air conditions and consistent air renewal to support maturation.
All systems operate with the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant, aligning with the customer’s
sustainability objectives.
